Scott Denning has been cooking for over 20 years and has cooked in some of the best restaurants in Europe. Scott spent his formative years in London at such restaurants as The Square, Le Gavaroche and Pied à Terre in the late nineties.
He was more recently head chef at The Grove restaurant in Auckland. Scott has spent many years abroad adding to his culinary repertoire. Working for wealthy clientele on large super yachts in locations such as the Caribbean and all around the Mediterranean taking advantage of the amazing local produce.
He also spent considerable time in Moscow and St Petersburg setting up restaurants, developing concepts and teaching local chefs how to cook. His food style is modern international with flavours of Italian, European and Asian cuisines and is designed to be both formal and casual.
